This triptych celebrates the timeless beauty of Hollyhocks. I was inspired to paint the background abstractly with a feeling of rain. I painted some of the drops silver, giving the painting luminosity.
Each canvas is 18 x 10 inches.

*Fun Fact: A Hollyhock is completely edible: leaves, roots, flowers, seeds. A valuable medicinal plant which can be used a homemade skin care.
