This fine art print is based on a painting created as part of my "Tchotchke Series," in which I stage still lifes using found collectibles.

I found this sweet figurine at a thrift shop. While examining this collectible with my creative eye, I envisioned a scene about wishing, dreaming, hope, childhood imagination, and magical nights. In life, it is a pixie with pointed ears and without wings. I painted her as a sparkling fairy, stargazing. “Starlight, star bright, first star I see tonight: I wish I may, I wish I might, have this wish I wish tonight.” Have you ever stared at the heavens and made a wish? ⭐️
